Hello everyone! Today I’m going to talk about what to do when loosing money and markets fall.
As per usual, this is not financial advice. If you’re unsure about anything I would suggest consulting a regulated financial advisor.
In one of my first article I analyzed the importance of risk.

I emphasized the fact that risk is key in your investing journey.
If you don’t need your money back in the next 5 years then the stock markets is the right investment for you. The reason being is that 5 years time is enough time to recover from market downturns as it happens now.
I can be emotionally challenging to see the value of your money worth less. To help you navigate those rainy days, I’ve listed a couple of things:
Do’s:
- Stay calm, don’t panic.
Don’t:
- Sell your investments.
When the stock markets crash, the most important thing is to keep your head cold and not get overwhelmed by emotions.
I hope you enjoy this short article, feel free to drop me a message to share your experience you might have had.
Thank you for reading!
